Shanyse Inez Scott
Shanyse Inez is a Tampa-based filmmaker and New York native whose work centers on resilience, healing, and transformation. She enlisted in the United States Air Force at seventeen, serving seven years while also advocating for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. After transitioning to civilian life, she pursued storytelling, earning a degree in Applied Psychology from New York University and training in Acting, Filmmaking, and Screenwriting at the New York Film Academy.
She wrote, produced, and starred in her debut short film Rise Sunshine, which premiered at the Hollywood Film Festival. Shanyse is the founder of SIN Productions, dedicated to creating empowering content focused on overcoming adversity. Her first feature film, Evolving, is in development. She also mentors aspiring screenwriters and offers writing therapy to help clients process life experiences through storytelling.
